Must Have
Extensive experience underwriting profitable business in the Renewable Energy segment of large corporate international insurance, Specialized understanding of regional / local Renewable, Engineering & Construction insurance markets and competitor landscape, Good understanding of the legal and regulatory environment, Excellent negotiation skills, Ability to build, maintain and expand relationship with key broker partners and clients, Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
Nice to Have
Experienced Underwriters with backgrounds in Power or Construction that have exposure to renewables

Oversee data set of submissions
Drive involvement of functional areas
Undertake 4-eye reviews
Contribute to underwriting strategy
Create and maintain relationships
Ensure accurate policy documentation

Team & Collaboration
Drive involvement of functional areas in Underwriting process; Manage referrals and undertake 4-eye reviews with underwriters; Create and maintain positive relationships with key producers and clients and other relevant stakeholders; Provide training and support to junior members of the Energy team
