What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical engineering, Minimum 4 years of experience, Experience monitoring/management of at least two renewable energy projects, Experience working with public sector, Experience working with international organizations, Understanding of renewable energy project lifecycle, Familiarity with government schemes, Proficiency in MS Office tools, Fluency in spoken and written English
Nice to Have
Master's degree in engineering or management
What You'll Do.
Support programme management
Deliver renewable energy initiatives
Monitor implementation progress
Track project performance
Identify deployment bottlenecks
Prepare progress reports
Coordinate with agencies
Coordinate with DISCOMs
Coordinate with contractors
Coordinate with field agencies
Facilitate issue resolution
Support review meetings
Provide recommendations
Review technical aspects
Review commercial aspects
Support evaluation of procurement
Support evaluation of vendor performance
Support evaluation of project timelines
Assist in identifying improvements
Design training programmes
Deliver training programmes
Develop standard templates
Support knowledge sharing
Engage with stakeholders
Support coordination between schemes
Facilitate alignment across stakeholders
