Full Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Reliability Technician to join the Global Reliability Lab team. In this role, you will work under the guidance of our reliability engineers to set up, operate, and maintain laboratory test equipment, while ensuring precise execution of qualification plans. You will play a hands-on role in conducting environmental and physical tests, maintaining lab data integrity, and upholding safety standards to support product quality from development through high-volume manufacturing. Key Responsibilities * Reliability Testing & CA Execution: Conduct reliability testing for device and package qualification according to JEDEC/AEC-Q100 standards. Perform detailed Component Analysis (CA) activities, including solderability testing, X-ray inspections, wire pull, ball shear, solder ball shear, die shear tests, and physical dimension measurement. * Lab Equipment & Database Management: Set up, operate and maintain accelerated environmental test systems. Manage, maintain, and update reliability databases to ensure all data is accurate and delivered on time. * Compliance, Safety & Operational Support: Fully comply with all reliability operating procedures and systems.
