Must Have
High school or equivalent diploma, NVQ Level 3/SVQ Level 3/IVQ Level 3/City & Guilds Level 3/EAL Level 3 in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics, 4 years UK certified apprenticeship, Work flexible schedule/shift/work area, Experience in automated conveyors systems and controls, Experience in electrical and electronic principles, Experience in preventative maintenance procedures, Experience in blueprint and schematic reading, Experience in industrial electrical, Experience in industrial controls, Experience in industrial electronics, Experience in Programmable Logic Control (PLC) programs, Experience in National Electrical Code (NEC), Experience in work order management, Experience using CMMS
Nice to Have
Associate's degree in Mechatronics, Experience in vendor management, Experience with robotic maintenance, Experience leading engineering teams, Experience with material handling equipment (MHE) safety standards
What You'll Do.
Demonstrate best practice using equipment safely
Monitor teams for process adherence
Track equipment performance
Conduct visual checks
Perform condition-based monitoring
Schedule additional servicing
Supervise technicians
Support technician development
Solve equipment issues
Reduce operational downtime
Support continuous improvement
Standardise processes across EU network
Ensure equipment availability
Monitor processes for regulations
