Must Have
BS/MS in related areas such as physical engineering, mechanical, materials, or electrical engineering, or equivalent experience, Minimum of 4 years of experience in reliability engineering related to electronic packaging and modules, Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with electronic packaging, reliability testing, and failure analysis, Experience with advanced AI or similar expertise in reliability modeling tools, Understanding of reliability requirements for various IC packages, Proficiency in using DfR and/or FEA tools, Expertise in failure analysis for electronics products and components, Ability to work independently and drive projects to successful completion with minimal supervision

As a Senior Reliability Engineer, you'll work within a focused team, developing groundbreaking products that form the future.
