They are focused in strategically grow revenue and services through Element’s service offering. Also, they must be curious enough to demonstrate expertise in the marketplace to uncover opportunities locally and globally. In partnership with internal customer teams they are responsible for continuously identifying cost savings projects, growth opportunities and enhance performance in line with client practices and objectives. In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the business operational process and product offering, of the sales process and superb interpersonal skills. Previous experience in a sales role is required. * Generate share of wallet opportunities with existing customers. Identify needs and develop proposals with Elements value added services. Coordinate end to end sales process for a new asset and service on boarding (this will include risk under writing process, customer visits, contract negotiation and implementation process) * Accountable for the overall relationship management of clients. Primary point of contact. Coordinate internal areas in order to meet day to day or new requirements. Meet clients to maintain and growth business relationship.
