Must Have

7+ years of relevant experience in Relationship Management, Account Management or Portfolio Management in a corporate or similar segmented banking environment with sales metrics

Nice to Have

Bachelor’s degree Business Administration, Finance and Accounting, Credit Qualifications and associated credit knowledge and skills according to the credit portfolio requirements and qualification standards

Facilitates growth for the Bank

Manages key client relationships

Generates revenue from sales and syndications

Acts as escalation point for complex client issues

Structures complex deals

Secures credit approvals

Develops new business by contacting prospects

Cross-sells Bank products and services

Reviews loan applications

Develops market strategies

Identifies key market segments

Represents bank at industry forums

Engages with senior leadership

Prepares reports on team performance

Builds and maintains long-term relationships

Negotiates high-value transactions

Analyzes market trends

Works closely with internal teams

Identifies share of wallet opportunities

Leverages analysis tools to grow portfolio
