What They're Looking For.
Must Have
degree with a focus on finance, accounting, or law, Several years of experience in a comparable role in the financial services industry, reliable, detail-oriented, communication and analytical skills, working with large data sets, work independently, excellent command of both English and German, written and spoken
Nice to Have
Exposure to reporting processes required for market-making activities is desirable, some experience with SQL, Previous experience with the Regnology/Abacus platform is a plus
What You'll Do.
lead the end-to-end preparation and submission of regulatory reports (including Pillar 1
EU and German statistical reporting
transaction reporting
and more) with a focus on both accuracy and timeliness
interpret and assess the strategic relevance of new regulatory requirements
ensuring reporting processes remain fully compliant
independently manage the continuous improvement
and transformation of processes
take full ownership for regulatory reporting aspects of high-impact interdisciplinary projects — such as new product processes or expansion into new geographic markets
act as a key point person for internal and external auditors as well as regulators with respect to regulatory reporting and related matters
provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members
fostering a culture of continuous development
