Full Job Description

## Accountabilities Support the preparation and delivery of regulatory consulting services, including rate case development, testimony preparation, and regulatory filings for utility clients. Conduct cost of service studies, revenue requirement analyses, depreciation studies, and related financial assessments. Develop, review, and update tariffs to ensure alignment with applicable regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements. Analyze financial and operational data to assess regulatory compliance risks and identify strategic recommendations for clients. Ensure adherence to regulatory standards including FERC requirements, USoA guidelines, and other applicable utility accounting frameworks. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, managing relationships and providing guidance on complex regulatory matters. Collaborate with internal teams to support engagement delivery, project execution, and overall client satisfaction. Contribute to business growth by supporting engagement planning, execution quality, and advisory excellence. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or Juris Doctor from an accredited institution. 4+ years of experience in regulatory consulting, utility accounting, public utility regulation, or a related field. Strong knowledge of FERC regulations, Uniform System of Accounts (USoA), and rate-regulated utility reporting requirements. Experience with rate design, cost of service studies, and regulatory filings. Strong analytical, research, and technical writing skills. Ability to manage projects independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment. Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings and influence stakeholders. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience with utility regulatory environments; Alaska regulatory experience is a plus but not required.
