We’re looking for a Senior Regional Payroll Advisor to join our team in Prague, Czech. About the role As Senior Regional Payroll Advisor, you will play a key part in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of payroll for multiple countries, lead payroll projects and automation efforts. You’re a detail-oriented professional with a structured mindset who thrives in a collaborative, team-focused environment. Main tasks and responsibilities: Execute full-cycle payroll processing for a designated region, ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws while supporting year-end processes, audits, and adherence to company policies and legal requirements. Lead payroll projects and automation efforts to enhance the day-to-day operations and solve payroll complex issues with an innovative approach Generate and analyse payroll reports for internal stakeholders and management. Serve as a point of contact for employee payroll questions and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Utilise payroll platforms like Workday or SAP to process and manage payroll data efficiently. Acts as a buddy to newly hired members of the team and guide them throughout the first months. About you: You have experience in Polish payroll in a global or multi-national environment. You are highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, including vlookups, pivot tables, and advanced formulas.
