Bachelor's degree, 7+ years in safety/environmental programs, 7+ years in people management, CPR/First Aid Certification, Experience implementing lean principles, Ability to travel up to 50%, Office within designated region, Willing to work variety of shifts

Master's degree, Certified Safety Professional, Experience in fast-paced organization, Interest in long-term career development, Prior experience in management development training, Track record managing safety operation, Excellent experience developing others, Written and verbal communication skills, Analytical and problem-solving skills
