Must Have
Bachelor's degree, 7+ years safety/environmental programs, 7+ years people management, Implement lean principles, Ability to travel up to 50%, Office within designated region, Willing to relocate, Willing to work variety of shifts
Nice to Have
Master's degree preferred, Certified Safety Professional preferred, Experience in fast-paced organization, Interest in long-term career development, Prior management development training, Track record managing safety operation, Experience developing others, Written and verbal communication skills, Analytical and problem-solving skills
