Full Job Description

**Position Overview ** HanmiGlobal is seeking a highly experienced Senior Recruitment Manager to lead and develop the regional recruitment function across the MENA region as the business continues its rapid expansion. Preference will be given to candidates currently based in Saudi Arabia or Bahrain, with established GCC recruitment networks and experience supporting large-scale PMC, PMO, infrastructure, engineering consultancy, and development programmes. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a scalable regional recruitment platform capable of supporting major project mobilisation requirements across Saudi Arabia and the wider Middle East, while introducing modern recruitment systems, analytics, and digital talent acquisition tools. This is a strategic leadership role requiring strong regional market knowledge, recruitment delivery capability, workforce planning expertise, and operational leadership. **Key Responsibilities ** Regional Recruitment Leadership * Lead all recruitment activities across the MENA region. * Develop and implement a regional recruitment and workforce planning strategy aligned with company growth objectives. * Build and manage long-term talent pipelines across technical and corporate disciplines. * Support business expansion initiatives through proactive recruitment planning. * Establish recruitment KPIs, dashboards, and reporting structures for executive management. Talent Acquisition & Mobilisation * Manage full-cycle recruitment for executive, technical, commercial, project management, and support roles. * Support rapid mobilisation requirements for large-scale projects across Saudi Arabia and the GCC. * Coordinate recruitment planning with operations, PMO, project directors, and HR teams. * Maintain and expand regional candidate databases and talent networks. * Improve recruitment turnaround times and hiring efficiency.
