What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Significant recruiting experience, with demonstrated successes in a corporate, RPO or agency setting, Familiarity with recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools, Knowledge of common Human Resources principles, practices and metrics related to talent acquisition

Develop recruitment marketing strategies
Manage sourcing strategies
Evaluate candidate profiles
Deliver candidate slates
Build talent pipelines
Keep candidates engaged
