Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process.

Leverage recruiting data to proactively provide status updates and hiring results to leadership and HR partners

Identify and engage potential partnerships with organizations to promote Capital One as an employer of choice

Work on business improvement initiatives including talent strategy

You are responsible for recruiting/sourcing technology and business professionals; Software Engineers, Engineering Leaders, Technical Program Managers and other roles that come your way. You take a creative approach to seeking out the best talent, employing innovative recruiting techniques that enable us to be a best-in-class recruitment shop.
