This strategic move will support the creation of 200+ high-skilled roles over the next 2–3 years across research, education, deep technology, and capital businesses. To support this growth, we are looking for a hands-on Senior Recruiter to join us on a 1-year fixed-term contract. This role will be critical in helping us build strong R experience in Singapore and/or APAC is a strong advantage. Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates for complex and niche roles. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work confidently with hiring managers and senior leaders. Ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders in parallel while maintaining quality and speed. Experience conducting structured competency-based and behavioural interviews using the STAR method. Strong understanding of recruiting metrics and ability to use data to improve hiring outcomes. Confident Excel or Google Sheets skills for recruitment analytics, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIF, COUNTIF, and Pivot Tables.
