Must be based within 45 miles of San Francisco.

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on technical hiring, Local to San Francisco Bay Area, Proven success hiring senior and staff-level Product Managers and/or Data Scientists, Experience partnering directly with Director, VP, and executive-level stakeholders, Background in high-growth SaaS or tech environments, ideally late-stage or pre-IPO, sourcing fundamentals and experience using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, and Workday, A track record of managing multiple complex searches simultaneously with consistent delivery, Comfort using data and analytics to guide decisions and influence stakeholders, Ability to push back thoughtfully, reset expectations, and bring clarity to ambiguous situations, written and verbal communication skills, Curiosity and adaptability, A mindset of ownership, continuous improvement, and team contribution

Partner directly with these teams—not just to fill roles, but to shape how we hire and build world-class teams; Partner closely with Product, Data Science, and executive leadership to hire exceptional talent across a wide range of roles; Partner as a talent advisor to Socure leaders; providing clear insights, updates, and recommendations to shape expectations and decision making; Elevate the hiring experience for candidates and stakeholders; Mentor teammates and share best practices; Help build a high-performance, high-accountability TA culture; Model and reinforce Socure’s Values: Velocity, Ownership, Influence, Output and Trust
