THIS IS A 100% ON-SITE POSITION (Monday through Friday) About the team and position The Senior Recruiter, Talent Acquisition will have the unique opportunity to build, develop, and execute full life-cycle talent acquisition for Carvana’s Operations teams. You will act as a direct extension of our hiring leaders and serve as the primary touchpoint for candidates from initial outreach through the offer stage, ensuring a stellar candidate experience. Most importantly, you will see your insights have an immediate, tangible impact every day in a unique and exciting, talent-driven company. What you’ll be doing Perform full-cycle recruiting for a variety of leadership roles across our operations teams. Think outside the box and leverage your experience to find and attract top-tier leadership talent. Develop effective and proactive candidate pipelines for leadership positions using a variety of sourcing strategies, social networking, and relationship building. Develop a strong understanding of the skills, experience, and competencies required for each leadership role and effectively assess candidate qualifications to influence hiring decisions.
