optimising the talent acquisition process by ensuring that candidates are well-matched to job roles
thoroughly informed/coached
and engaged throughout the hiring journey
enhancing the candidate experience
collaboration with the Talent Attraction team
hiring managers and Centre of Excellence (CoE) leads to ensure successful conversion of top talent plus that the hiring process is efficient
