Must Have
4+ years of experience of end-to-end recruiting on a global market, Experience with various candidate assessment methods in closing administrative and/or C-level positions, Understanding of administrative hiring and executive search specifics, Solid skills in communicating and consulting senior management directly, effective negotiation, influencing, and communication skills, analytical skills to track hiring metrics, optimize recruitment strategies, and improve time-to-hire efficiency, Experience managing niche hiring across multiple geographies while driving Diversity & Inclusion initiatives, English level: upper-intermediate or higher

Provide candidates with personalized feedback
Manage all stages of the hiring process within SmartRecruiters ATS
maintaining its accuracy and quality
