About Treeswift The way energy companies manage their infrastructure hasn't kept pace with the challenges they face. Treeswift is changing that, helping utilities modernize their field operations with AI-powered technology that reduces risk, improves reliability, and scales with the demands of a rapidly changing grid. We deploy AI-powered sensor systems into utility field operations, mounted on backpacks and vehicles, to collect LiDAR and imagery data at scale. Our models turn that raw data into actionable intelligence: reducing wildfire, outage, and regulatory risk from vegetation; preventing cost overruns on new construction; and accelerating recovery after storms. Since our first utility pilot in June 2024, we've grown to work with three of the five largest utilities in the United States. We're just getting started. Our team brings deep experience from Penn, Caltech, CMU, Palantir, Stripe, and Oracle, and we're backed by leading investors including Penny Pritzker's Inspired Capital. The Position: Treeswift is looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our Recruiting team and drive our technical hiring as we scale. You'll work closely with our Lead Tech Recruiter, owning full-cycle Engineering searches end-to-end while also flexing into Business roles as hiring needs evolve. You'll be a trusted partner to hiring managers across the company, helping them think clearly about what they need and moving quickly to get there. This is a senior individual contributor role with real ownership. You'll help shape how Treeswift recruits - building out processes, improving candidate experience, and setting the bar for how we evaluate and attract talent as the team grows.
