We give robots, AI agents, and people an accurate, shared understanding of physical spaces, making operations safer and more efficient across some of the world’s most demanding environments. Our reconstruction technology captures environments with geometric accuracy and extreme detail from any standard camera, and our Visual Positioning System delivers precise positioning almost anywhere in the world. We’re building for the 80% of economic activity that happens beyond our screens — robots that lose GPS and drift off course, defense teams without a shared 3D picture of where they operate, facilities where downtime costs millions. We serve customers across robotics, the public sector, and energy and industrial markets. About the Role We’re looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter (contract) to lead end-to-end recruiting during a critical growth phase. Partnering closely with hiring managers and leadership, you’ll identify, attract, assess, and close top talent across engineering, product, research, operations, go-to-market, and corporate functions. You bring a consultative, proactive approach, thrive in fast-paced startup environments, and excel at running multiple searches at once. What You’ll Do · Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles, from intake through offer acceptance. · Partner with hiring managers and leaders to define hiring strategies, candidate profiles, and interview processes. · Build and execute sourcing strategies — direct outreach, referrals, networking, and recruiting platforms — to reach high-caliber candidates. · Develop strong pipelines across software engineering, machine learning, AI research, product, sales, marketing, operations, finance, and people functions. · Run recruiter screens that assess candidates’ qualifications, motivations, and alignment with o
