What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in tech, ideally in cloud infrastructure, SaaS, or open-source environments, Proven success in sourcing and closing candidates across a range of roles — including Product Managers, Account Executives, Pre-Sales Architects, and other Go-To-Market functions, Experience partnering with hiring managers as a trusted advisor, providing strategic input on hiring decisions, not just coordinating logistics, Skilled in LinkedIn Recruiter, outbound sourcing strategies, and talent market research, Hands-on experience working with ATS tools (SmartRecruiters preferred), Ability to manage multiple roles independently, prioritize effectively, and own results from start to finish, Excellent communication skills and ease in collaborating across time zones, teams, and cultures

What You'll Do.
Own end-to-end US recruitment for technical and business roles
Drive direct sourcing efforts using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms
Partner with hiring managers to shape profiles
Act as a recruiting advisor
