This person will be the primary recruiting partner for US-based hiring managers, filling Senior and Director-level roles across the company. You'll manage sourcing, screening, scheduling, candidate communication, and all the administrative work that keeps a pipeline moving. We're looking for someone who actively uses AI tools in their recruiting workflow - whether that's sourcing, screening, outreach, or process automation. If you're already leveraging AI to work faster and smarter, you'll thrive here. This is not a coordination role - we need someone who can independently drive searches, build candidate pipelines, and close hires with minimal hand-holding. This is a full-time contractual position with the potential to move to a permanent role depending on business needs. **Key Responsibilities** * Own the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening calls, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and close * Post job openings across relevant platforms and set up automations and processes to keep pipelines efficient * Proactively source passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools — not just post and wait * Leverage AI tools to enhance sourcing, candidate outreach, screening efficiency, and recruiting operations * Manage multiple open roles simultaneously, keeping pipelines organi
