What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in tech, consumer apps, or a high-growth environment, Proven track record hiring for technical and business functions across a variety of disciplines, Command of sourcing tools (or similar AI-powered talent platforms), Boolean search techniques, and hands-on experience creating AI-powered workflows for recruiting operations, Demonstrated ability to use recruiting metrics to drive decision-making and present insights to leadership, Experience building and executing DEI sourcing and hiring programs with measurable outcomes, Excellent stakeholder management skills, comfortable advising senior leaders and navigating ambiguity, High emotional intelligence with the ability to build trust quickly with candidates and business partners, Experience developing or refining structured interview processes, scorecards, and competency-based evaluation frameworks, Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday

What You'll Do.

Design and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies using job boards

Leverage AI-enabled recruiting tools and predictive analytics to identify and engage passive candidates
Partner with hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles and translate them into creative search strategies

Build and maintain diverse pipelines by crafting inclusive job descriptions
