What They're Looking For.

Must Have

5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, Demonstrated expertise across all stages of the recruiting funnel — sourcing, screening, structured interviewing, offer negotiation, and closing, A proven track record of building and executing innovative sourcing strategies that surface passive talent, not just active applicants, data literacy — you understand your own metrics, can build a pipeline report, and use data to diagnose problems and influence stakeholders, not just describe them, Exceptional stakeholder management skills, Outstanding communication and candidate management skills, A high level of organisation and the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple roles and geographies without dropping the ball, Experience working with Lever Hire or a comparable enterprise ATS, A degree in Business Management, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field — or equivalent demonstrated experience

Own the full recruiting cycle: from intake meeting to contract signature

Build and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies

Manage multiple complex pipelines

Drive continuous improvement

Champion employer branding

Own market intelligence

Work with our ATS (Lever Hire) to maintain clean data hygiene
