5+ years recruiting experience, Bachelor's degree in business, management, human resources or related field, Experience hiring in engineering/ renewables/ energy storage

What You'll Do.
Complete detailed job scope conversation
Review applicants via applicant tracking system
Build recruitment marketing campaigns
Source candidates via resume databases
Source candidates via social media
Generate targeted lists of passive candidates
Solicit referrals from business networks
Utilize proprietary software for campaigning
Connect with talent community
Provide value propositions
Prepare candidates for interviews
Provide timely updates to candidates
Keep pulse on candidate interest
Conduct phone interviews
Navigate difficult conversations
Compare candidate notes with specifications
Apply consideration for candidate fit
Issue and evaluate skills testing
Review background and reference information
Keep candidates engaged
Build talent pipeline
Keep hiring manager up to date
Partner to ensure offer acceptance
Adhere to all regulations
Demonstrate segment expertise
Deliver candidate slate
Provide reporting of recruiting activities
