About the role As a Senior Recruiter, you’ll partner closely with stakeholders to deliver hiring excellence across 50+ entities worldwide. You’ll take ownership of business-critical roles, proactively build strong talent pipelines, and drive effective stakeholder engagement. With a focus on data-driven decision making and continuous improvement, you’ll help ensure our teams are equipped to scale and perform at their best. Main tasks and responsibilities: Develop and execute global talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals. Use data and metrics to track and optimise recruiting effectiveness. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for complex roles, from sourcing to closing. Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
