What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5-7 years of recruiting experience in a corporate recruiting or talent acquisition setting, at least 2 years of technical recruiting experience, understanding of recruitment strategies, techniques, and best practices, including competency-based interviewing and assessment methods, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization, Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment CRM, and other recruitment tools and technologies (ie LinkedIn Recruiter), Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative recruitment solutions
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, Experience recruiting professionals with a background in Cloud technologies (especially Microsoft Azure)
What You'll Do.
Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand strategic staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies aligned with organizational objectives
Source candidates through various channels
and employee referrals
Lead full-cycle recruitment activities for roles including senior-level and executive positions
and extending job offers
Utilize proactive sourcing techniques to identify and attract passive candidates through networking
and targeted outreach
Conduct in-depth interviews
assess candidate qualifications
and provide comprehensive feedback to hiring managers
Collaborate with HR partners to develop competitive compensation packages and negotiate job offers with candidates
Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies
and other talent acquisition partners
Mentor and provide guidance to junior recruiters
sharing best practices
and fostering their professional development
Drive employer branding initiatives and represent the company at recruitment events
and industry conferences
Stay abreast of industry trends
and emerging recruitment technologies to continuously improve recruitment processes and practices
