We’re looking for an experienced Senior React Native Engineer to join our Payment UX team in Tallinn and help shape how hundreds of millions of users experience payments across Bolt's ecosystem. About the role As a Senior React Native Engineer, you will join our brand-new Payment UX team — a central hub responsible for end-to-end UX improvements across Bolt's payments and accounts ecosystem. The team's mission is to build a "Stripe-like" payments SDK that vertical teams across Bolt can embed directly into their workflows. You'll work across React, React Native, and backend, with real ownership over how hundreds of millions of users experience payments at Bolt. Main tasks and responsibilities: Building and improving Bolt's payments UX across mobile and web platforms. Coding mostly in Typescript, React Native, and React, with backend work as a part of the role. Covering your code with unit and e2e tests. Proactively fixing upcoming bugs and solving technical challenges at scale. Participating in our product and technical roadmaps. Collaborating cross-functionally with product, design, and other engineering teams. About you: You have strong experience with React.js and React Native. You have backend experience. You have good English and communication skills. You have a good understanding of system design and frontend/mobile architecture. You have experience with development for native platforms (iOS, Android), design tooling, and continuous integration systems.
