What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of experience in React Native/React development, understanding of engineering principles and best practices in mobile application development, Experience developing and deploying applications in a cloud-native environment, background in state management (Redux, Recoil, Zustand, or similar), Expertise in unit and integration testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Detox, etc.), Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and release management for mobile apps, Experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban), communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholder
Nice to Have
Experience with financial apps, wallets, etc., Experience with Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) architectures and GraphQL, Knowledge of server-side technologies such as Node.js or Python, Exposure to PostgreSQL, NoSQL, or graph databases, Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerized deployments

This role is available on a full-time employment contract (UoP) and requires the willingness to work from our office in Kraków, Warsaw or Gdańsk.
