**THIS IS A PART TIME POSITION** The Senior Revenue Cycle Management at GFT will be responsible for overseeing the entire revenue cycle process, ensuring effective management of billing, collections, and revenue integrity. This role requires a strategic mindset and the ability to drive operational improvements to maximize revenue and reduce denials. **Responsibilities** * Lead the revenue cycle team to achieve performance and financial goals. * Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement within the revenue cycle. * Resolve complex billing issues and denials. * Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of the revenue cycle. * Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices. * Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize revenue capture and processes. **Requirements** **Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field. * Proven experience in revenue cycle management, preferably in the healthcare industry. * Strong knowledge of billing and collections processes. * Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. * Effective leadership and communication skills. * Familiarity with revenue cycle software and tools. * Willing to work remotely. * Ability to work US hours (PST or EST) from Monday to Friday. **Benefits** Why join us as?
