What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field, 4–6+ years of experience in training, event coordination, clinical, technical, or commercial roles within the medical device or healthcare industry, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail, Excellent communication and interpersonal ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, Proficiency in MS Office, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and event management tools, Professional work ethic
Nice to Have
Experience with Robotic Assisted Surgery (RAS), capital equipment, or similar advanced clinical/operating room exposure is a plus, Knowledge of HCP compliance requirements is an advantage, Fluency in English and other languages is a plus
What You'll Do.
Design and continuously improve training programs
Serve as a subject matter expert for Education program projects
Partner with cross-functional teams to align training initiatives and drive continuous improvement
Communicate and coordinate with Centers of Excellence and proctors to develop and execute a sustainable annual education plan
and execute training programs and managing all arrangements around those events
Manage participant enrollment
and post-training follow-up
and maintain reports and dashboards
Monitor event budgets and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
Deliver training on Robotic Assisted Surgery (RAS) technologies
and virtual sessions for internal teams and healthcare professionals
