What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (with a focus in Electrical, Mechanical or Aeronautical), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement., 10 years or more of experience in avionics integration and/or electronics systems and/or RF systems., 5 years or more of experience working with cross-functional or cross-organizational teams to develop and implement plans, schedules, or solutions.

Nice to Have

Experience as an equipment manager for military or civil aerospace electronics/avionics systems including equipment qualification and testing., Experience with Radar systems (either RF or Electro-optical) or Radar integration., Active U. S. Top Secret security clearance., Experience dealing directly with USG and DoD Customers and Regulators., Experience eliciting, writing, managing, and verifying requirements., Experience working with suppliers and with internal and external customers and suppliers., collaboration and coordination skills.

What You'll Do.

Develops and validates requirements for unique communication

and other electromagnetic systems and components.

Develops and validates electromagnetic requirements for electrical/electronic systems

Develops architectures to integrate multiple systems into higher level systems and platforms.

Leads development of trade studies

and other forms of analysis to predict component

and system performance and to optimize design around complex requirements.

Develops new and improved modeling and simulation techniques.

Leads development and execution of critical tests to validate performance of designs to requirements.

Manages appropriate aspects of critical supplier and partner performance to ensure compliance to requirements.

Provides support to products throughout their lifecycle by providing guidance and support to resolve complex issues.

Supports project management by coordinating development of work statement

and other required inputs and conducting appropriate reviews.

Creates new tools to improve management of projects.

Leads development of major sections of large-scale proposals to support development of new business.
