What They're Looking For.

Must Have

STEM degree, 5 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience, RF hardware simulation, design, fabrication, integration, test, supplier support, and/or production support, RF/Radar subsystem/system requirements development and validation, hands-on experience with RF test equipment

Nice to Have

Ability to diagnose and resolve electrical issues in complex systems, analytical and critical thinking skills, Ability to clearly communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders, written and verbal communication skills, Experience working in multidisciplinary teams, Ability to collaborate with other engineers, procurement and production staff, and project managers, Experience managing engineering projects from conception through production, Ability to coordinate with suppliers and manage timelines and budgets, Knowledge of cost estimating, plus budget and schedule management, RF/Microwave Engineering, Electromagnetic Theory, Antenna Theory, Signal Processing, Radar Systems, Experience interfacing with government customers and agencies, Advanced degree in STEM field, Willingness to travel

Lead hardware efforts

Perform component analysis

Perform circuit analysis

Perform subsystem analysis

Integrate RF components

Develop test procedures

Execute Design Verification Testing

Oversee material delivery

Oversee build activities

Oversee hardware test execution

Conduct failure analysis

Implement corrective actions

Ensure technical performance

Ensure cost alignment

Ensure schedule alignment

Provide technical management

Oversight of suppliers

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Collaborate closely with Systems, Mechanical, Digital, Power, Test, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and/or external suppliers; Experience working in multidisciplinary teams; Ability to collaborate with other engineers, procurement and production staff, and project managers

Communication Scope

Ability to clearly communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders; written and verbal communication skills

Process & Methodology

Experience managing engineering projects, Ability to coordinate with suppliers, Manage timelines, Manage budgets, budget management, schedule management
