Must Have
8–10 years of hands-on experience in DPI development, PhD or Master's degree in Pharmaceutics, Proven formulation experience across DPI formats, Hands-on expertise with NGI, DUSA, laser diffraction, Particle engineering skills: micronization, spray drying, powder blending, Scale-up and process validation experience for inhalation products, Experience preparing technology transfer documentation, Contribution to BE protocol design or study initiation
Nice to Have
Familiarity with QbD, DoE, and FMEA-based risk management
What You'll Do.
Design and optimise DPI
MDI & Nebulizer formulations
Develop and evaluate device-formulation compatibility
Apply particle engineering techniques
Develop generic nebulizer formulations
and optimisation studies
Perform aerodynamic characterisation
Apply laser diffraction and particle sizing tools
Execute and interpret analytical data
Support development and qualification of analytical methods
Lead scale-up activities
Define and optimise critical process parameters
Execute process validation protocols
Compile validation reports
Identify and mitigate technical risks
Prepare technology transfer packages
Support on-site transfer activities
Resolve technical deviations
Collaborate with production and engineering teams
Contribute to bioequivalence protocol design
Prepare formulation and device rationale
Support interpretation of BE data
Provide day-to-day technical guidance
Review experimental data
Validate scientific conclusions
Maintain up-to-date knowledge
