# **Primary Location** NSW - Rockdale # **Job Description Summary** Service Stream's Transport Division is investing in our work-winning capability, and we're looking for a commercially sharp Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead the commercial workstream on major road maintenance and infrastructure tenders across Australia. # **About the Role** Join a growing ASX-listed leader as our **Senior Quantity Surveyor** , in our Strategy & Growth team supporting our Transport division. This is a senior pre-contract role with broad exposure - from VRMC and RAMC tenders through to collaborative contracting opportunities like ConnectSydney. Whilst we would prefer this role to be based out of our Rockdale (NSW) office, we are open to other locations including Melbourne (VIC) and Fortitude Valley (QLD). **About the role** You will lead the commercial workstream on major road maintenance and infrastructure tenders across Australia – shaping pricing, managing risk, working alongside legal and estimating, and helping us turn complex bids into contracts that deliver. Key responsibilities include: * _Tender strategy & pricing_ – leading the commercial workstream across the Transport division's tender pipeline, reviewing draft contracts, project scopes. Developing pricing schedules, cost plans and margin analyses in collaboration with estimating and finance. * _Risk & opportunity management_ – facilitating risk and opportunity workshops during the bid phase, building and reviewing KPI models, and aligning margin scenarios to divisional risk appetite. * _Legal & contractual _– partnering with the legal team to manage risk tolerance issues and develop recommended legal positions. Drafting and reviewing contract mark-ups, departures schedules and qualifications, and ensuring tender responses meet all contractual, regulatory and probit
