### **Job Description** ## **Overview** The Senior Electrical Quantity Surveyor is responsible for accurate measurement and quantity take‑offs of electrical works, ensuring precise cost estimation, tender documentation, and contract administration. The role requires expertise in electrical systems such as LV, MV, HV distribution, lighting, cabling, and ELV systems, with a strong focus on BOQ preparation, claims verification, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.The Payroll Associate is responsible for payroll activities for all regions, Support streamlining the process, understand the payroll elements & support the HR team in running the payroll monthly cycles ## **Your role** ** _1\. Quantity Take‑Off & Measurement_** * Perform detailed quantity take‑offs from electrical drawings and specifications. * Measure quantities for: * Lighting systems * LV/MV/HV power distribution * ELV systems (Data, security, Telecom and FAPA) * Substations, cabling, and earthing * Verify site measurements and reconcile with design documents. * Maintain measurement sheets and records for audit and reporting. **_2\. Estimation & BOQ Preparation_** * Prepare cost estimates and Bills of Quantities (BoQs) for electrical and ELV works. * Conduct rate analysis and cost build‑ups for materials, labour, and equipment. * Validate vendor/subcontractor quotations against measured quantities. **_3\. Tendering & Contract Support_** * Develop tender documents and pricing schedules. * Support bid evaluations and comparisons based on measured quantities. * Assist in negotiations with contractors and suppliers. **_4\. Cost Control & Claims Verification_** * Monitor project costs against measured quantities. * Verify contractor invoices and certify progress payments. * Assess variations/change orders with proper substantiation (time & cost impact). * Prepare and defend claims with accurate measurement records. **_5\.
