Must Have
15+ years’ experience, MEP works, 3+ years within the aviation / transport infrastructure industry, clear understanding of, and ability to work with, construction contract commercial documents, drawings and specifications, delivering technically complex and high value infrastructure projects, working in a comparable consultancy environment, or with a client or contractor organisation, cost management principles, methods, techniques and tools, standard method of measurement, policy and procedure implementation
What You'll Do.
Cost control on behalf of Contracting Entity
Manage team of Intermediate Quantity Surveyors
Ensure effective management and control of spend
Ensure payments are compliant
Monitor anticipated final project costs
Provide cost management and cost advice
Achieve project’s budgetary goals
Undertake or review measurement of designs
Develop schedule of rates or Bill of Quantities
Provide assessment of materials
Monthly payment certificates
Package final accounts
Make recommendations for monthly payments
