We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and commercially driven Senior Quantity Surveyor to take on a key role within our Cost and Commercial team. This position will support and lead the delivery of major projects across Edinburgh and the wider East of Scotland, contributing to a region undergoing significant investment and growth. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious professional ready to take ownership of complex, high-value schemes across sectors including education, residential, infrastructure, and public sector developments. You will play a central role in driving project success, influencing commercial outcomes, and strengthening our presence in the local market. ## Your role We are looking for a confident and capable individual who combines technical expertise with strong commercial acumen and a proactive, leadership-led approach.
