What They're Looking For.

Must Have

MRICS or APC candidate, Degree in Quantity Surveying from recognized UK university, Minimum of 10 years’ experience, Minimum of 5 years’ UAE/ international experience, Must have consultant and/or client background for minimum of 3 years, Knowledge in the use of QS software Cost X or similar is required

Nice to Have

Experience in one of the following key sectors: solid reclamation and marine experience

What You'll Do.

Lead pre-contract and measurement team

Cost Planning and estimating

Bills of Quantities production

Risk and value management

Cost control functions

Costs analysis project work

Identifying commercial risks

Preparation of progress/ cost reports

Reporting on commercial issues

Understanding health and safety regulations

Attendance at commercial meetings

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Reporting to Associate Director; Attendance and representation at commercial meetings

Communication Scope

Interpersonal skills; Communication skills; Presentation skills; English language technical writing ability
