Minimum 5+ years of recruitment experience, Proven track record specifically within the Quantitative Finance or HFT space, Deep familiarity with the "Quant" ecosystem, Understanding of roles such as Alpha Researchers, Strategy Developers, and Core/Systems Engineers, Expert-level ability to find "needles in haystacks" across global hubs, Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin, Comfortable negotiating with senior stakeholders and high-level candidates, Proficiency in using data to tell a story and solve hiring bottlenecks, Ability to thrive in a high-performance, low-ego environment
