Must Have
5+ years of Quality Management experience in a manufacturing environment, Experience in 8D Problem Solving, Experience in RCCM, Experience in Risk assessment, Current or the ability to attain Six Sigma Green Belt, Knowledge in business management processes, Ability to travel up to 10%
Nice to Have
Six Sigma Black Belt, Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Certified Quality Auditor (CQA)
What You'll Do.
Lead Quality department and personnel
Assure Quality Management System adequacy
Prevent non-conforming material
Conduct root cause investigations
Develop counter measures
Communicate resolution on issues
Ensure compliance with standards
Drive zero-defect culture
Focus on reliability engineering
Manage customer escalations
Manage performance metrics
Communicate with customers
Champion Lean Six Sigma
Drive quality improvements
Implement and maintain quality systems
Promote Quality awareness
Assure systems conform to policies
Lead corrective and preventive action RCCM
Develop and maintain plant's Quality Management Systems
Coordinate recovery of costs
Maintain communication with sales
Maintain communication with product management
Maintain communication with engineering
Implement statistical techniques
Publish plant data in dashboards
Participate in new product development process
