5+ years' experience in a leadership role leading diverse teams, initiatives, or projects to meet business objectives and influence change, 5+ years' experience leading and influencing people in a Quality, Engineering, or Manufacturing organization, 5+ years' experience in developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with executives, managers, customers, stakeholders, peers, and business partners, 5+ years' experience with Microsoft Office (e. g. , Excel and PowerPoint), 3+ years' experience leading, motivating, and developing others, Must be able to work 2nd shift
