We’re the world’s leading provider of infrared sensors for space, with customers like NASA, ESA, and the US Department of Defense. **What You’ll Do:** * Perform incoming, in-process and final inspections of materials, electrical components, sub-assemblies, circuit card assemblies, and final products to assure conformance utilizing drawings, schematics, specifications and work instructions. * Ensure raw materials provided by suppliers meet contractual flow down requirements. * Generate and document approval or rejection labels, nonconforming reports, photographs, and or diagrams as part of the inspection review process. * Minimize down time by focusing on process proactive improvement opportunities and presenting them to management **What You Need:** * Ability to work Second Shift. * Precision mechanical inspection, first article inspection, and receiving and in-process experience. * Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specification using ASME Y 14.5. GD&T and skillful use of metrology tools and gages required. * Experience programming and operating a CMM as well as other QC inspection functions for precision machined components and assemblies * ESD protection and handling k
