What They're Looking For.
Must Have
6+ years in enterprise QA roles, direct relevant experience in automation testing for mobile and mobile back-end APIs, Proven leadership in improving quality engineering processes and agile team collaboration, Experience in BDD, CI, Git, and cloud platforms like AWS, Skilled in test strategy, automation, and functional testing (unit, integration, E2E, UAT), Familiarity with accessibility standards for mobile apps and testing thereof, Familiarity with mobile security best practices vulnerability scanning, Strategies to recognise and deal with device and operating system fragmentation and ensure adequate test coverage, Experience leading small QA teams and mentoring testers or QA analysts, Proficient in mobile app automation, cross-browser testing, and container technologies, Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills, using tools like Miro, Jira and Confluence, Confidence in leading go/no-Go decisions for releases, Writing native mobile automation (XCUI and/or Espresso), Mobile network debugging using tools such as Proxyman or Charles, Experience in some sort of scripting language, Awareness of mobile OS differences, UI guidelines and platform-specific behaviour, understanding of challenges of mobile testing (backwards compatibility, versioning, offline behaviour, caching, battery usage, upgrade flow, migrations), Experience with testing on physical devices and simulatorsulators

Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Knowledge of Git, Knowledge of BDD, Knowledge of CI
