**Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!** # Responsibilities: * Lead the design and implementation of advanced quality management systems to ensure continuous compliance and process optimization. * Oversee root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive measures for critical quality issues. * Manage the strategic direction of quality initiatives and provide technical expertise to drive innovation in quality control. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality into product design, development, and production. * Act as the primary interface with regulatory agencies and customers for quality audits and certifications.Mentor and guide junior quality engineers, sharing best practices and expertise. # Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality management, or related field.
