What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's or master's degree in food science, food engineering, or a related discipline, Minimum 7 years of experience in Quality Assurance within food and beverage or ingredient manufacturing environments, knowledge of food safety and quality management systems, including GFSI-recognized schemes such as FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, HACCP, GHPs, Halal, and Kosher requirements, Proven experience in audit leadership, including planning, managing, and responding to external certification audits and customer certification, Demonstrated ability to lead teams, collaborate across cross-functional organizations, and interpret quality data such as process capability studies (Cpk/Ppk) and quality performance dashboards, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and English language experience in food and beverage, pharma, chemical, FMCG, or ingredient manufacturing is preferred

FSSC 22000 Lead Auditor, PCQI, FDQI, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, DMAIC, SPC, FMEA, Certified Halal Supervisor

What You'll Do.

Lead end-to-end quality assurance governance across the plant

Lead and sustain robust food safety programs

Serve as the site lead for customer

Oversee customer complaint management

corrective and preventive actions

and response timeliness

Own quality systems administration and verification activities

and develop QA/QC team members

Act as the key QA interface across functions to provide quality input into site decisions

and continuous improvement initiatives
