What You’ll Do * Own the QA Strategy: Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive test strategies and automation frameworks for complex features spanning multiple internal systems and core integrations * Risk & Edge-Case Analysis: Analyze product requirements and technical specs to uncover hidden edge cases, deep business logic scenarios, and potential system bottlenecks before code is written * Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as a strategic bridge between Product Management and Engineering, ensuring testing aligns perfectly with client expectations and internal business processes * Data Integrity & Reliability: Lead testing strategies (including regression and contract testing) to safeguard the reliability of high-volume data ingestion, transformation, and distribution pipelines * Drive Quality Culture: Mentor other team members on QA best practices and continuously improve our testing methodologies and CI/CD pipeline integration ## Qualifications What You Bring * Deep Backend Expertise: 6+ years of experience in QA and test automation, with a heavy focus on debugging and validating complex REST backend applications * Technical Mastery: Strong knowledge of HTTP protocols, contract testing, schema validation (OpenAPI/Swagger), and ensuring backward compatibility * Asynchronous Architecture Savvy: Proven experience
