We are currently seeking an ambitious pace-setter to join our team as a Customer Quality Engineer onsite in Logan, Utah. iFIT is looking for a detail-oriented and driven Customer Quality Engineer to serve as the closed-loop owner between iFIT customers and our supply base. In this role, you will translate field failures, warranty data, and out-of-box experience issues into root cause investigations and corrective actions with suppliers and internal engineering. A great day means a recurring customer complaint gets traced to a true root cause, a supplier CAPA closes effectively, and Cost of Poor Quality trends down on the next report. COMPENSATION $75,000 - $85,000 ROLE COMMITMENTS Improve the customer experience by driving measurable improvement in the Perfect Order Index through targeted quality initiatives and cross-functional collaboration. Sustain earnings by achieving Cost of Poor Quality warranty targets through proactive quality management and supplier accountability. Champion AI adoption by implementing at least one AI initiative focused on replacing repetitive or highly manual quality tasks to improve team efficiency and employee experience. Increase profitability by reducing Cost of Poor Quality through QPA investigations and continuous quality improvement activities.
